Information We Collect — When you call (385) 213-1294, we collect your phone number and call transcript. If you request a text (reservation link, directions), we use your number to send it. Contact/catering form submissions collect the info you provide.

How We Use It — To respond to your requests and improve service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Text Messaging (SMS) — Only sent when you verbally request during a call. One-time, transactional, not recurring. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance. Message & data rates may apply.

Data Retention — Call transcripts retained up to 12 months, then deleted.
